With 14 years' experience in the hotel and shelter sector, Résidis is the French leader in the provision of shared accommodation in the RHVS sector. We welcome people in precarious situations, working people on the move and/or in need of temporary accommodation, and tourists.

In 2024, Résidis will dedicate itself exclusively to the management of an approved para-hotel offer, the Résidences Hôtelières à Vocation Sociale, known as Mobility or of General Interest.

Since 2018, Résidis has been operating 4 RHVS Mobilité, 2 of which are located in Ile-de-France and 2 in the regions, in Toulouse and Perpignan, close to business districts and city centres.
