Head office staff and site managers met at Dock B on 26 September for a memorable day of reflection and conviviality. The 'Blasons' workshops provided an opportunity to work creatively on the values and missions of the Résidis Group. Team building revealed hidden talents (and some fierce competitors).
The post-event satisfaction survey shows that participants were delighted with the day, with :
Overall seminar satisfaction of 91.4%
And 92.3% of participants felt that their teams were better acquainted after the seminar.
There was plenty of goodwill, conviviality and fun!
